Outsourced production & sourcing

Production overload, sub-assemblies to outsource, costs to bring down: Atare finds, qualifies and follows up the right production partners in France, Europe and Asia.

What we do

Outsourcing is not ordering from a catalogue. It means choosing a workshop you have visited, giving it drawings it can read, checking the first part and following the ones after that. Based in Thailand and active in Europe, Atare does that work on site, in both directions.

Proof

Conveyor production launched in Poland to absorb a large order; a Chinese motorcycle parts subcontractor brought back up to standard on site, then followed for several years: these are clients telling the story.

See our work

A large order from a major group came in when I did not have the capacity to produce it. Renaud started production in Poland for us, with a clever arrangement: only sub-assemblies are made there, so we keep control of our technology. Very pleased with how thorough he is.

Our Chinese subcontractor for motorcycle parts had serious quality problems: welding, paint, parts out of tolerance. Renaud travelled to China and sorted it all out on site — jigs, shot blasting, quality checks. We called on him for several years to follow up our production. A real teacher, diplomatic and conscientious.
